Less Annoying CRM charges $15 per user per month with no limit on records. Little Green Light charges by record count instead: $45 per month for up to 2,500 constituents, with unlimited users and every feature included. Both were read on the vendors' pricing pages on 3 October 2026.

Little Green Light's price steps up with records: $60 per month up to 5,000 constituents, $75 up to 10,000 and $90 up to 20,000. Prepaying 12 months takes 10% off, which by our arithmetic makes the entry tier $486 for the year (12 x $45, less 10%). Less Annoying CRM offers no discount for annual payment.

What each does that the other does not

Little Green Light only: fundraising records. Its features page lists gift tracking, acknowledgments and receipts, mail-merge letters, event tracking, membership management, grant proposals and volunteer management by interest and hours, all in every account. Online donation forms are built in, with processor fees starting at 2.2% plus $0.30 per transaction and no added fee from Little Green Light.

Less Annoying CRM only: day-to-day follow-up tools aimed at any small organization. It has a morning agenda email, two-way Google and Outlook calendar sync, automatic email logging and free phone support. Its help center says it can be used anywhere in the world, in English, billed in US dollars or British pounds. Little Green Light's site states it is not offered to organizations in the EU, UK or Switzerland.

Who should choose which

  • Choose Little Green Light if you are a US nonprofit that records donations, sends thank-you letters or wants volunteer hours beside giving history.
  • Choose Little Green Light if four or more people need access, since extra users cost nothing.
  • Choose Less Annoying CRM if one or two coordinators need a simple contact and task system and donations are handled elsewhere.

What switching between them involves

Both vendors say you can export your data. In Less Annoying CRM it is Settings, then Export data, for admins only. Little Green Light describes a three-step import: prepare the data, upload and map fields, then review and save. It says there is no cancellation fee if you leave.

Moving to Little Green Light, decide how groups and pipeline stages become constituent categories before uploading. Moving the other way, gift history has no home in Less Annoying CRM beyond notes or custom fields, so keep the export file.
