Less Annoying CRM vs HubSpot entry prices on 3 October 2026
Less Annoying CRM is $15 per user per month on one plan. HubSpot has a free CRM for up to two users and 1,000 contacts, and its paid Smart CRM Starter edition has a list price of $20 per seat per month in HubSpot's product catalog. Both were read on 3 October 2026.
HubSpot's own pages disagree on the Starter price. The catalog and the Starter page give $20 as the list price. The CRM product page says "starts at $15" with a new-customer discount that HubSpot says can end at any time. The Starter page also shows a new-customer offer of $7 on an annual commitment or $10 month to month for a limited time. HubSpot's main pricing page did not load as readable text for us. We use the $20 list price below, treat anything lower as temporary, and do not rank the two products on paid-seat price.

What each does that the other does not
HubSpot only: a free tier you can stay on. HubSpot describes it as free with no expiry, and it sits on a wider platform with separate marketing, sales and service products to grow into.
Less Annoying CRM only: one price that does not vary by feature. The vendor says nothing is locked behind an upgrade, and free phone and email support covers every user, trial users included. There is no tier decision to revisit later.
Cost for a three-coordinator team over 12 months
Three users on Less Annoying CRM cost $45 per month, or $540 over 12 months before tax.
Three users do not fit HubSpot's free tier, which HubSpot describes as covering up to two users. On Starter at the $20 list price, three seats cost $60 per month, or $720 over 12 months. At the discounted $15 shown on the CRM page the figure matches Less Annoying CRM at $540, for as long as that discount lasts. At the limited-time $10 month-to-month offer it would be $360. Because HubSpot's pages disagree, neither product can be called the cheaper one for three paid seats.
For two coordinators under 1,000 contacts the picture reverses: HubSpot is $0 and Less Annoying CRM is $360 a year. Our seat cost guide helps settle how many logins you need.
Who should choose which
- Choose HubSpot if one or two people share the work, you have fewer than 1,000 contacts and the budget is zero.
- Choose HubSpot if you expect to add email marketing or a help desk on the same platform, and you qualify for the nonprofit discount on Professional.
- Choose Less Annoying CRM if three or more people need logins, you want a fixed per-user cost and you value phone support.
- Choose neither if you need gift receipts or shift scheduling. See our CRM guide for small nonprofits.
What switching between them involves
Leaving Less Annoying CRM starts with Settings, then Export data. The help center says only admins can run the full export. HubSpot lists CRM import among its free features, so contacts and companies can be brought in from spreadsheets.
Plan for what does not map cleanly: pipeline stages, group membership and logged email history. Rebuild stages by hand and check a sample of twenty records after import. Warning: if you close the Less Annoying CRM account, export first. Closing takes effect at once, and the help center says data is archived for one year and then deleted for good. Our export and exit checklist walks through the order, and the coordinator handover guide covers who should own the new account.
